Send a concern

Email 1britspov@gmail.com with: - The exact 1BritsPOV page URL and the material or link you dispute. - A description of your original work and a source URL or other reasonable evidence of your rights or authority to act. - What you believe is unauthorised, and whether you seek removal, a corrected credit or another remedy. - A contact email and a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

No particular form or US statutory declaration is required by this site process. Do not send identity documents or attach unlawful material. If sensitive personal information is involved, explain the concern privately and minimise what you send.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge within three working days, prioritise urgent or credible harm, and assess ownership, permission, relevant licences and context. We may temporarily remove or disable the disputed item or link while reviewing it. We may seek a response from the contributor without unnecessarily disclosing your private contact details.

We will explain the result where possible. The contributor or complainant may request a further review and provide new evidence through 1britspov@gmail.com. Restoration is not automatic, and disputed legal questions may require specialist advice. This internal process does not remove anyone’s legal rights or guarantee a result within a fixed period.

Takedown correspondence is handled under the Privacy Notice. A minimal public note may explain an editorial removal without republishing the disputed material.
