You may browse, discuss and share links to 1BritsPOV cases for lawful purposes. Use account features honestly and follow the Community Guidelines.

Do not use the service to: - Publish, request or link to unlawful content, sexual exploitation, hate, threats, private identifying information, scams or malicious software. - Harass, stalk, impersonate, defame or target another person; recruit others to abuse them; evade a block, mute, suspension or ban. - Submit material you are not entitled to publish, or conceal a source’s destination, authorship, relevant editing or commercial connection. - Flood forms, repeat submissions, inflate views or votes, create accounts to manipulate discussion, or make knowingly false or coordinated reports. - Attempt unauthorised access, extract another person’s private data, bypass the preview gate, defeat security checks, exploit a vulnerability or disrupt availability.

Ordinary accessibility tools and reasonable browsing are welcome. Automated access must respect technical limits and must not harvest account or contribution data for profiling or harassment. Contact 1britspov@gmail.com for substantial research access or to report a security concern; describe it privately without accessing more data than necessary.

We may rate-limit activity, hold or remove content, restrict account features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse or comply with law. We will consider context, impact and repeat conduct. Serious incidents may require immediate action. We record moderation decisions and provide review under Moderation and Appeals. We may preserve limited evidence for a documented incident in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
